Affinity is confident in our services, and we will do what it takes to ensure our customers have a positive experience. Therefore, if we fail to deliver services as promised, you can request within the first 30 days a full refund plus $50 for wasting your time.
Affinity Technology Solutions LLC (“Affinity”) will offer customers a refund if services are not operating within advertised parameters within the first thirty (30) days of service activation.
Guarantee applies only to monthly service fees and installation fees.
Current customers adding new services qualify to receive a refund or credit only on those newly added services.
Limited to one refund or credit per customer.
Affinity will initiate the refund or credit and fifty-dollar ($50.00) payment when all equipment associated with the new service has been returned.
Customers must notify Affinity within the 30-day window with a cancellation request or support ticket regarding the new services to quality for the guarantee and to avoid Early Termination Fees.
Customer must allow Affinity the chance to rectify services to a stable and satisfactory level and let Affinity know about any issues by calling or texting 208-239-0333, emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, or submitting a ticket in your customer portal to qualify for this guarantee.
